State Representative John Kivela (D-Marquette) testified in the House Natural Resources Committee on Tuesday, Feb. 23, on his bill, House Bill 5146 to increase penalties for bringing a deer carcass into Michigan from another state where Chronic Wasting Disease has been detected, as Michigan United Conservation Corps Vice President George Lindquist listened.
