LANSING – Today, the Progressive Women’s Legislative Caucus introduced a new wage discrimination policy agenda providing comprehensive solutions to combat Michigan’s wage gap. LANSING – State Representative Leslie Love (D-Detroit) expressed her disapproval for House Bill 4122 passing the House yesterday by a 58-51 vote. LANSING – State Representative Leslie Love (D-Detroit), along with Reps. Julie Plawecki (D-Dearborn Heights) and Christine Greig (D-Farmington Hills) collaborated a tour with the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute on March 1 to start Women’s History Month. Joining them were state Reps. Bill LaVoy (D-Monroe), Frank Liberati (D-Allen Park), Erika Geiss (D-Taylor), Alberta Tinsley-Talabi (D-Detroit), Stephanie Chang (D-Detroit) and Sherry Gay-Dagnogo (D-Detroit). Karmanos is the only hospital in Michigan solely dedicated to fighting cancer.
