LANSING — State Rep. Angela Witwer (Delta Township) announced today that MorningLory Café and Bakery is the winner of her Small Business of the Month award for August. The Dimondale business will celebrate its one year anniversary on Aug. 15, and has become a local favorite in that short time. Rep. Witwer presented the award to owner Lori Conarton this past Friday.
“Whether you’re looking for breakfast, lunch or fresh-baked goods, MorningLory has become the place to go in Dimondale,” Witwer said. “And that’s not just because of the food – Lori and her staff are successful because they value their relationships with people and our community. I was happy to present them with this small token of our appreciation.”
Each month, Rep. Witwer will announce this award in an effort to recognize excellence in business in the 71st House District and highlight its importance to the community.
