LANSING, Mich. — State Representative Noah Arbit (D-West Bloomfield) introduced House Resolution 153 on August 19th reaffirming support for the 22nd amendment of the United States Constitution, and rejecting any claim by any individual or any attempt at delegitimizing, weakening, or ignoring the 22nd Amendment.
“Today I introduced my resolution to reaffirm support for the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, which establishes a two-term limit for election to the Office of President of the United States.
