Join State Rep. Robert Wittenberg for a Tax Town Hall

BERKLEY — State Rep. Robert Wittenberg (D-Huntington Woods) will hold a Tax Town Hall for residents who have questions about income tax changes at the federal or state levels, including how recent changes made by Congress will affect working families. Experts will be on hand to answer residents’ questions, including special guests 9th District Congressman Sandy Levin, Dr. Stephanie Leiser from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan, legislative coordinator Rachel Richards from the Michigan League for Public Policy and policy analyst Emily Schwarzkopf from the Michigan League for Public Policy. The town hall will be held on Wednesday, March 28, doors open at 6 p.m. and program from 6:30-8 p.m. at the Berkley High School Collaborative Center at 2325 Catalpa Drive in Berkley. The event is free, and no reservation is required.
