DELTA TOWNSHIP – State Rep. Angela Witwer (D-Delta Township), has hired Joe Fedewa, previously legislative director for former state Rep. Tom Cochran and Chelsea Fraley, former field director of Witwer’s campaign and intern at Edge Publicom.

A graduate of St. Gerard Catholic School and Waverly High School, Fedewa went on to earn his bachelor’s and master’s degrees — in environmental policy and political science and public administration, respectively — from Central Michigan University,  During his time with Rep. Cochran, Fedewa gained experience helping staff the representative during tenures on the House Appropriations, Healthy Policy, Insurance and Energy Committees, developing a strong knowledge base on a variety of issues pertinent to the 71st House District.

Fraley lives in the district and resides in Delta Township. She recently obtained her bachelor’s degree in public relations and worked as a public relations intern at Rep. Witwer’s small business, Edge Publicom. As the former field director for the Witwer campaign, Fraley is well informed about the district.

“I am thrilled to have both Joe and Chelsea on my team,” Rep. Witwer said. “With both of my staff members from the district comes a wealth of knowledge that is important for not only the House of Representatives, but for the people we’re working to serve.”
