State of the State: Emphasizing Education, Economic Development and Lowering Costs
|
| Last month, the governor delivered her final State of the State address before a joint legislative session. The governor’s speech outlined her policy priorities for her final year in office, including lowering costs and continued investment in education, economic development, and infrastructure.
Following the speech, I issued a press statement reflecting upon the progress that Michigan has made under the governor’s leadership, and the continued need to implement policies focused on addressing rising costs throughout Michigan’s communities. |
