State Rep. Kristian Grant (D-Grand Rapids), who served as an escort in the governor’s procession into the chamber, issued the following statement on the address:

“The governor’s speech was very inspiring. I am looking forward to working with my fellow legislators to combat inflation and help grow the economy, so that working-class Michiganders can build wealth and our communities can flourish.”
