Please prioritize bringing the bipartisan bill 1052 to vote this week. The radioactive material being brought to and buried in Wayne County is unsafe for our communities. That is why it is being moved from other communities. Does this even make sense? We are worry about our family‘s health and wealth. The Senate has done its part and passing this bill. PLEASE I urge you to find the time to vote on protecting our communities from hazardous and radioactive waste! Thank you Rep. Joe Tate our health is in your hands.
