Last week, Governor Whitmer announced the winners of the 2026 Governor’s Awards for Historic Preservation, which members from District 9 were winners of. Congratulations to the group effort of 411 Piquette, LLC; Kraemer Design Group; PCI Dailey Contracting; Grunwell – Cashero; and Graham Architectural Products for their efforts in rehabilitating the Studebaker Service building into a much needed 160+ apartment building.
