Hasan Piker has chosen to besmirch and attack my entire community of West Bloomfield for one simple reason: we, in all of our ethnic, racial, and religious diversity, are a rebuke to the putrid, hate-filled, and extremist politics he represents and seeks to promote. West Bloomfield is a bulwark against his hate, and we will never, ever allow hate – his or anyone else’s – to overwhelm us or distract us from continuing to build the wonderful, strong community that we are.

Yesterday I was proud to be in Lansing with Senator Chang and advocates from the Ukrainian community in Michigan speaking on the bicameral resolution to condemn Russia’s forced abduction and deportation of 20,000+ Ukrainian children. I will always stand with Ukraine. Slava Ukraini! 🇺🇦

🧩💙 I had a fantastic visit to Acorn Health in West Bloomfield last week, learning more about ABA therapy, and meeting some adorable kiddos. I look forward to working with my colleagues and the next Governor to help increase access to therapeutic interventions that will help all kids with ASD in Michigan thrive.
