It is bittersweet to say goodbye to Consul General Yusuke Shindo and his wife, Seiko. It has been such a pleasure to get to know them over the years and has allowed me to reminisce about my time living in Japan. I wish them all the best on their next adventure!

Michigan House passes bills providing more education on safe gun storage
Two bills passed by Democrats in the Michigan Legislature this week would require the state health department to develop information on safe gun storage to distribute to schools.
