Update: Special conference (Court case 24-013420-CH) was held - Judge Cox denied the appeal by WDI to modify the preliminary injunction. The case will go to trial on Monday, February 2, 2026 and is expected to last up to 2 weeks. The lawyers will submit their witnesses and exhibits before Christmas holiday.
