Michigan’s low landfill tipping fees make our state a premier destination to dump waste — a practice that harms our environment and endangers the health and safety of our community. I wholeheartedly support the governor’s recommendation to raise fees, and I am ready to continue my work in the legislature to ensure this gets done. It is far past time that we take action to protect Michiganders and send a loud and clear message that our state is not a dumping ground.

Thank you for fighting for us 👏🏼💪🏼

Raise the fees hell!!!!!! Just stop it. All that does is increase cost to citizens. But then you and Gretchen don’t look at things to HELP citizens - just take campaign money from them.

Peanuts instead of crumbs 😞

I was proud to support legislation last year to equip schools with AEDs and proper CPR training. This #WearRedDay, I encourage everyone to brush up on the signs of heart attacks and strokes so we are all prepared to help someone in a cardiac emergency. ... See MoreSee Less

Yall wouldn't have this issue if there were true spending and not frivolous stuff.

My bill to extend the statute of limitations in criminal sexual assault cases has been signed into law. Extending the statute of limitations removes barriers that have long prevented survivors from seeking justice, and this law will help ensure that perpetrators of criminal sexual assault are held accountable.
