At last night’s Board of Trustees Meeting, Van Buren Township officially proclaimed April 28, 2025, as Worker’s Memorial Day.
The proclamation was presented to State Representative Reggie Miller, who accepted it on behalf of the State of Michigan and the AFL-CIO Michigan Chapter.
We honor the workers we’ve lost and continue advocating for safe workplaces for all.
