I spoke at a press conference with the Michigan Legislative Black Caucus (MLBC) in support of Colonel James Grady, Director of the Michigan State Police (MSP). Col. Grady is a highly decorated state police colonel with nearly three decades of service to this state. He inherited a department that has had issues for years prior to his appointment He's only been In this position for less than 18 months, but he has been expected in that short amount of time to fix problems that were years in the making. #Grace #Accountability

Due to the recent heavy rainfall in SE Michigan, the MDHHS Grandmont Service Center on Grand River has experienced flooding in and around the vicinity of the facility, and it has been closed temporally for repairs. Patrons needing emergency services who need to access the office will be directed to the Wayne County Greenfield/Joy and Greydale District offices:
