Republican Representative Josh Schriver recently introduced a resolution urging the Supreme Court to overturn the decision that established marriage equality nationwide.
This resolution seeks to strip the LGBTQ+ community of the basic right to marry, and House Dems will not stand for that.

So sorry I missed, taking care of my furbaby who had emergency surgery Saturday, but I hope to see you in March.
Today, I voted YES to close the revolving door to lobbying!
For too long, legislators have had the option to seek a job as a lobbyist before their term of office ends, presenting potential conflicts of interest in how they vote.
I'm proud to have championed this legislation since I first set foot in Lansing, and I was happy to vote 'yes' today.
