Today is Children's Mental Health Awareness Day🧠✨
It is a day we focus on elevating the needs of our kids regarding their mental wellbeing.
It is okay and normal to seek out therapy for our children when they are struggling, and even when they are fine!
Our kids have so much on their plates right now, and we as parents and thoughtful community members need to continue to do our best by them.
