"Sloppy Joe" Tate, you never even bothered to publicly talk about the bill to repair the Michigan Open Meetings Act at all - all because you are completely controlled by "Lobbyists" from the Michigan Townships Association and the Michigan Municipal League. You are corrupt and don't want elected officials held accountable to the people.
hahahaha!!! ... HAhaHAha!!! ... HAHAHAHA!!! ... "Sloppy Joe" Tate now realizes the importance of having such "Poor Taste" as NOT ruling in favor of the Michigan Open Meetings Act at the time of "2014" in the Supreme Court after "Declaratory Relief."

HYPOCRISY! Disgraced State Rep. Joe Tate is quoting Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s true statements about how only light drives out darkness; however, Joe Tate refuses to support the risk-free bills to improve Michigan's Sunshine Laws, such as the Open Meetings Act. Ever since late 2014, the Michigan OMA has been useless because a legal precedent changed the OMA in a way that no longer allows people to recover attorney fees and court costs when declaratory relief is obtained in court. Joe Tate never responds to me or anybody else about sponsoring the bill to restore the Open Meetings Act to the way the OMA was successfully enforced for over three decades. BOTTOM LINE: Joe Tate does NOT support the improvement of Michigan's Sunshine Laws that improve transparency.
