Yesterday, I voted YES on House Bills 4007 and 4283. The workers and families of the U.P. face unique clean energy and utility challenges. As currently written, the law does not recognize the significant progress in reducing carbon emissions the U.P. has made by replacing coal power with coal replacement engines.
