This afternoon I attended the Wayne County Commission public discussion on the hazardous waste coming to Wayne Disposal in Van Buren Township. I stand with our community and local leaders in opposition to the hazardous waste being transported into our district. Protecting public health and transparency are top priorities of mine. I want to thank the Wayne County Commissioners for holding this important meeting and everyone that came out to make their voices heard!
