LANSING, Mich., June 21, 2023 — The Michigan House of Representatives passed two bills yesterday that would restore teachers’ rights. House Bill 4044, sponsored by state Rep. Matt Koleszar (D-Plymouth), would repeal collective bargaining gap provisions.
