LANSING – State Representative Charles Smiley (D-Burton) will hold coffee hours on Monday, May 23, in Davison and Genesee to meet as many residents as possible and listen to their concerns.

“It’s important to me that I stay in touch with the opinions and priorities of everyone in our community,” Smiley said. “It’s my job as our State Representative to take those concerns to the Capitol and be the voice of the people I serve as I work to put residents back to work, protect our schools and make Michigan better for everyone – not just the giant corporations. Those who can’t make it to my coffee hours should always feel free to call or email my office to share their concerns.”

The coffee hours will take place on Monday, May 23:

  • from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Genesee Township Hall, 7244 N. Genesee Road in Genesee; and

  • from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Davison Township Hall, 1280 N. Irish Road in Davison.
