I have an urgent message for anyone who lived in Flint from April 25, 2014, to Nov. 16, 2020. Today, Monday, March 29, is the last day to register to receive money from the Flint Water Settlement!
If you are eligible to receive money from the Flint Water Class Action Suit you MUST register by TODAY March 29. Anyone who lived, worked or went to school in Flint from April 25, 2014, to Nov. 16, 2020, and was exposed to contaminated drinking water is eligible to receive money from the Flint Water Settlement. Those who register and are eligible to participate will then have until Aug. 26 to submit the required documents to support their claims.
Registration, which is required to receive money from the settlement, can be completed online by clicking here.
Registration forms were also mailed out to Flint residents. Anyone with questions about the process can call (800) 493-1754 or email FlintWater@ArcherSystems.com.
If you do not have access to a printer or won’t be able to complete the online form, you can file in-person at the Flint Water Crisis Class Counsel Legal Office, located at 1188 Robert T. Longway Blvd. in Flint.
The office is open on weekdays from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
