Dear Neighbor,
I will be hosting “The Stigma” open forum on Thursday, March 23, located at the St. Vincent & Sarah Fisher Center from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. This event is an opportunity for the community to get involved in conversations to combat mental illness stigma and address the many challenges Michiganders face with mental health. This will be a recurring event that will focus on different topics each month. At our inaugural meeting on the 23rd, my panel of experts and I will dive into what “the stigma” is, how it impacts us all and what we can do to fight it and heal.
