CANTON — State Representative Kristy Pagan (D-Canton) is holding a community conversation to a facilitate discussion and seek input from residents about the state of education in Michigan. This event is free and open to the public.

“Advocating for a strong education plan locally and making Michigan a top-10 education state in the country continues to be my top priority. I hope you will join me at my upcoming education town hall forum,” Pagan said.

The events will take place:

Monday, Sept. 21, at 7 p.m. in the Canton Township Hall Board Room, 1150 S. Canton Center Road in Canton

The Town Hall will feature several special guests from the Plymouth-Canton Community Schools (PCCS) community: Superintendent Michael Meissen, Board of Education Treasurer Sheila Paton, and Discovery Middle School Teacher Adrienne Quinn. Guests will each share their unique perspective on education in PCCS and in Michigan, and audience members will be given the opportunity to ask questions and suggest discussion topics.
