Rep. Sabo Invites Residents to Attend U.S. Army Corps Asian Carp Hearing

MUSKEGON– State Rep. Terry J. Sabo (D-Muskegon) invites residents concerned with issues regarding invasive Asian Carp to attend a public hearing being held by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on its Brandon Road Draft Integrated Feasibility Study and Environmental Impact Statement. Three meetings will be held, including one in Michigan on Thursday, Sept. 14 at Collegiate Hall, Muskegon Community College, 221 S. Quarterline Road, Muskegon. The hearing will begin at 3:30 p.m. For those unable to attend, comments on the draft report can be submitted through October 2. Details on how to do so can be found here.
