 The office of Rep. Julie M. Rogers is accepting applications for the 2021-2022 Youth Advisory Council.
Rep. Rogers’ Youth Advisory Council (YAC) will provide a forum for high school students who live in the 60th House District to meet with state Rep. Rogers to hear updates on what is happening in Lansing, ask questions and share their own thoughts, ideas or concerns.
The 2021-2022 YAC will run from October 2021 through May 2022. By participating in YAC, you will be able to network, learn more about state government and how it impacts you, and engage in special projects.

Applications need to be completed by 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 8.
*PLEASE NOTE* All members of YAC will need to complete several membership requirements to receive an official certificate of completion at the end of the term.
Before the first meeting, members will be made aware of these requirements and sign a document of understanding.
All students that are accepted must have a parent or guardian sign a parental permission slip to be part of the group. Parents and guardians will also be provided with the YAC calendar and member requirements. |
