The website aims to consolidate multiple sources of information in one place, assisting residents and local government units. It features the Department’s Power Outage Credit Feedback and Inquiry Form, which tracks outage-related trends and patterns to aid ratepayer advocacy. Consumers who believe they were owed a credit for a power outage but didn’t receive it, or received less than they believed they were owed, are encouraged to complete the form. Find the form at
