“The challenges our state faced throughout the past year have been immense, but even in our darkest days, we’ve been reminded of how much light is in each of us and how bright our future can be when we join together to overcome whatever obstacles are in our pathway forward. I’m proud to have been part of the bipartisan package that created the MI Reconnect Program last year, which will prove to be one of our greatest strengths in addressing economic opportunity while leveling the playing field of higher education and skills training for Michiganders everywhere.
