The Blueprint for Michigan Families strengthens Michigan’s middle class and reverses one of the largest tax shifts in Michigan history. The plan takes aim at stagnant incomes and tax increases that make it harder to attain and maintain a middle class life and cover rising costs. The plan recoups nearly $1 billion of the over $2 billion in tax breaks corporations received and returns it to middle class and working families.
