SOS Extending Hours, Adding 120,000 Appointments
Secretary of State branch offices are extending their hours and have added 120,000 appointments. Starting July 19, SOS branch offices will stay open until 6 p.m. on Monday and Thursday and open at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Although the branches are open by appointment only, greeters are on hand at each branch office to help people schedule appointments. Appointments can also be scheduled online or by calling (888) SOS-MICH.
MI Shot To Win Sweepstakes
The $1 million prize drawing for the MI Shot To Win Sweepstakes will be announced today at 2 p.m. If you missed this drawing, there is still time to win. More than $5 million in cash prizes will be distributed to vaccinated Michiganders in this lottery-style raffle. The sweepstakes also includes nine $55,000 college scholarships that will be given out to vaccinated residents between 12 and 17 years old.
