Scott Invites Residents to Energy Committee for Public Hearing with DTE, Consumers Energy
WHO: State Rep. Helena Scott (D-Detroit) — chair of the Energy, Communications, and Technology Committee — legislative committee members, power company officials and chair of the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC).
WHAT: The public is invited to attend the Energy committee meeting, which will include a public hearing and testimony with DTE Energy, Consumers Energy and MPSC to address who and what institutions are accountable for the recent large-scale power outages across Michigan that came after winter storms.
