“The Right to Life petition drive not only sought to ban a medical procedure that is safe and constitutionally protected, it sought a back door to take away an individual’s control of making their own healthcare decisions. Complex and often difficult reproductive decisions should be made between a trusted doctor and an individual without the interference of politicians and special interest groups, period.
“We continue to see similar attacks on reproductive healthcare, only to watch them fail in the courts. It is time we stop wasting time, taxpayer dollars and resources pursuing limits on an individual’s care.”
