“This hearing is nothing more than more political theatre from legislative Republicans. Whether we’re talking about responding to COVID-19 or promoting safe and secure elections, that’s apparently all they have to offer the people of Michigan.
“Unfortunately, this time it’s hard to avoid the conclusion that the Republicans’ hearing is designed to interfere with and delegitimize an election and disenfranchise a record number of Michiganders who made their voices heard via the ballot box despite a global pandemic.”
