“Right now, protecting the health of Michiganders must be everyone’s top priority. Staying home to slow the spread of COVID-19 is the best way to do so. This virus is still spreading at an alarming rate, the responsible thing to do is to extend the stay at home order until healthcare professionals can with confidence say that it is safe for life to slowly return to normal. This order also establishes protocols for essential workers and customers that will make sure we are as safe as we can be when we go into a business. We now also have additional clarity for those providing critical services during this time.
