I want to invite you to an upcoming event my office is hosting. On Friday, Dec. 1, I am hosting the next installment in my Stigma series, focusing on grief and loss. The holiday season can be a particularly challenging time to navigate grief, and our goal is to help end the stigma by talking about it and sharing resources. The event will take place from 5:30-7 p.m. at the CNS Healthcare Eli Z. Rubin Children’s Wellness Center (20303 Kelly Road in Detroit). More information can be found on the Facebook event page, and refreshments will be provided.
