Dear Neighbor, Here is some information that I hope you will find helpful, including news and resources from your state government. Michigan Sierra Club Reports 100% Score I am happy to announce that I received 100% on the Michigan Sierra Club’s 2023-2024 Scorecard. This score reflects my voting record on thirty-six key environmental and public health issues during the previous legislative session. I am proud to receive this designation, and I remain dedicated to protecting the health and well-being of our state and its residents. You can view the Michigan Sierra Club’s 2023-2024 scorecard here. House Dems Join LGBTQ Caucus to Read Pride Month Resolution After Republican leadership refused to take up a resolution to recognize June 2025 as LGBTQ+ Pride Month in Michigan, I joined my House Democrats colleagues and members of the LGBTQ Caucus for a reading of the resolution on the Capitol steps. For the past three years, the House of Representatives has adopted this same resolution recognizing June as either Pride week or month in Michigan. You can watch the LGBTQ Caucus read House Resolution 138 on the Capitol steps here.
