LANSING — State Representative Robert Kosowski (D-Westland) was pleased that his colleagues passed House Resolution 61 on Wednesday. LANSING — State Representative Robert Kosowski (D-Westland) introduced legislation to allow employees in Michigan to receive paid time off to care for a newly adopted child.
