GRAND RAPIDS — State Rep. Winnie Brinks (D-Grand Rapids) invites residents to join her at her upcoming coffee hour. This community coffee hour will give constituents a chance to meet with Rep. Brinks to share ideas and concerns, and hear about what’s going on locally and at the Capitol. The upcoming coffee hour will take place:
- Friday, March 16, from 8:30-10 a.m. at New Beginnings Restaurant, 1601 Alpine Ave. NW in Grand Rapids.
