ROYAL OAK — State Representative Jim Townsend (D-Royal Oak) will hold a town hall meeting to discuss strategies for fostering talent, place and a high-wage economy in Michigan. The meeting will feature leaders working to enact policies to make Michigan more attractive and welcoming to entrepreneurs from around the world and to make smart investments in public goods, such as transportation and college affordability. Special presentations will be given by Arnold Weinfeld, the CEO and chair of the board of Prima Civitas, and Bryan Barnhill, the chief talent officer of the Office of Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan.
