The hotline number is (586) 493-6767, and you can reach them Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. They can be contacted by email at, or by walk-in during that same time period at Macomb County Southwest Health Center, 27690 Van Dyke Ave. in Warren.
