LANSING — Today, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer signed Senate Bills 106 and 155, which prohibit minors from purchasing or possessing e-cigarettes or vaping devices. In response, state Rep. Isaac Robinson (D-Detroit) issued the following statement:
“I am pleased Gov. Whitmer saw the importance of this critical health and safety issue. These alternative smoking devices and products have no place in the hands of our children. This legislation takes decisive and deliberative steps to keep our children safe.
