LANSING — State Rep. Terry Sabo (D-Muskegon) was sworn in officially today as representative for the 92nd House District for the 2019-2020 legislative session. The swearing-in ceremony marked the formal opening of Michigan’s 100th Legislature and his second term. In response, Rep. Sabo issued the following statement:

“The start of this new session brings with it new leadership, fresh ideas, and an opportunity for everyone to work in a cooperative spirit. There are many important issues that we as Michiganders are facing right now — whether it’s the need to fix our roads or the fight to ensure our families have access to clean drinking water — and we must waste no time in addressing them. If we roll up our sleeves and work together, we can build a stronger Michigan than has ever existed before, and I’m eager to continue that work.”
