PONTIAC, Mich., Jan. 18, 2022 — Earlier this week, a house fire in Pontiac killed two people and injured five others. State Rep. Brenda Carter (D-Pontiac) issued the following statement:
“My thoughts and heart are with the victims of the fire as well as their family and friends. Please know that my office is here to lend support in whatever way we can, and I urge the resilient Pontiac community to come together to help those impacted, so they know they are not alone.”
