“An investment in our children is an investment in Michigan’s future. If we are going to make Michigan a leader in education again, we have to rededicate ourselves to the teachers and students in our communities, and provide them with the resources they need to succeed. I was encouraged by what I heard from the governor tonight, and I’m excited to continue doing my part in the Legislature to help build a better Michigan.”
