“Today I introduced House Resolution 80, which calls on the Legislature to meet throughout the summer until we find a solution to fund our critically needed road repairs. Michigan’s citizens are counting on us to find a real solution that will finally fix our crumbling roads and damaged bridges. They expect us to get to work – not take a vacation – and we owe it to them to stay in session until we create a comprehensive road funding plan that is fair to everyone.”
