“I am very pleased to be the minority vice chairman of the House Tourism and Outdoor Recreation Committee. Our Upper Peninsula communities and small businesses rely heavily on tourism for their well-being, and bringing that perspective to the committee will be important. I am glad to be continuing my service on the House Energy Committee as we work to make sure that the unique energy needs of the U.P. are addressed. Finally, I also look forward to again serving on the House Regulatory Reform Committee. I will continue to work for sensible regulations that work for all Michigan residents and our communities.”
