“I am very grateful to see the Osceola Township planning commission make the right call in deciding to block Nestlé’s plan to increase their pumping. As I have said before, at this point in time we do not have enough information about how a pumping increase could affect our local waterways, so it is important to move cautiously. Local and statewide residents have been protected for now, and we will remain vigilant going forward.”
