Dear Friends,
Due to today’s dangerously high heat and humidity, the Huron Street over I-94 Pedestrian Pathway Public Meeting will be relocated to Ypsilanti’s City Hall (1 S. Huron St. on the corner of Michigan Avenue).
The original location, the Ypsilanti Freighthouse, is not air conditioned, and so for your comfort and safety, it was decided to move the meeting to City Hall.
The meeting time has not changed. Doors will be open with officials available to chat between 4 and 7 p.m. Formal presentations will be conducted at 4:30 and 6 p.m. I hope to see you this afternoon or evening between 4 and 7 p.m. at City Hall.
