Dear Friend,

Lt. Governor Garlin Gilchrist has just been added as a special guest to my “Fixing the Doggone Roads” community meeting. The Lt. Governor will join MDOT Director Paul Ajegba this Monday, March 18 at 7 p.m. at Tilden R. Stumbo Civic Center, 7200 S. Huron River Drive in Ypsilanti for what I am sure will be a productive, meaningful and informative discussion on the state of our roads and how to fix them.

“Fixing the Doggone Roads” Community Meeting

Please join me and my special guests Lt. Governor Gilchrist and

MDOT Director Ajegba for a presentation and town hall discussion on how to fix our crumbling roads and infrastructure – and how to pay for it.

Lt. Governor Gilchrist and Director Ajegba will outline the road-funding component of Governor Whitmer’s ambitious budget plan and explain how the $2.5 billion investment will improve road safety, commerce, travel time and quality of life for all of us.

There will be plenty of time for questions and answers with the Lt. Governor and director. Please don’t miss this opportunity to engage on these important issues at a personal level with the Lt. Governor.

Monday, March 18 at 7 p.m at Tilden R. Stumbo Civic Center, 7200 S. Huron River Drive in Ypsilanti

I hope to see you soon!

Sincerely,

Ronnie Peterson

State Representative
